Tax Execution Selling Movables and Immovables
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce „Daňová exekuce prodejem movitých a nemovitých věcí“ je potvrdit, nebo vyvrátit hypotézu, že daňová exekuce prodejem movitých věcí je procesně méně náročná, než daňová exekuce prodejem nemovitých věcí. Práce bude zpracována na základě metod kritické analýzy, komparace a deskripce. Závěr obsahuje vyhodnocení, zda byla hypotéza potvrzena, či vyvrácena a návrhy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis "Tax execution selling movables and immovables" is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis that tax execution sale of movables is procedurally less demanding than the tax execution sale of immovable property.
