Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro provádění stavby. Zadáním diplomové práce je vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro komplex tří bytových domů s podzemním parkovištěm a prostory pro občanskou vybavenost. Prostorem pro občanskou vybavenost byla zvolena obchodní plocha, která se nachází v SO01 na úrovni prvního nadzemního podlaží SO02. Pro velký rozsah komplexu a projektové dokumentace byl vybrán pro detailnější zpracování objekt SO01, bylo zpracováno architektonicko a stavebně konstrukční řešení v rozsahu pro provádění stavby, dále ve formě generelu bylo zpracováno: požárně bezpečnostní řešení stavby a část technických a technologických zařízení. Součástí diplomové práce je posouzení a vyhodnocení tepelně technických vlastností obalových konstrukcí budovy i posouzení a vyhodnocení budovy jako celku s následnou kategorizací budovy podle vyhlášky č. 78/2013 Sb., o energetické náročnosti budov v aktuálním znění.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis was to create the project documentation in the stage of construction execution. More specifically, to elaborate project documentation for the complex of three apartment buildings with an underground car park and facilities for civic amenities. The commercial area is located in the first building at the level of the first over ground floor. Because of a large range of project documentation, the object SO01 was chosen for detailed treatment. The architectural and constructional design was elaborated in the scope of the construction, and in the form of the genre was elaborated: fire safety solution of the building and part of the technical and technological equipment. Part of the diploma thesis is the assessment and evaluation of the thermal and technical properties of the building envelope, as well as the assessment and evaluation of the building as a whole, followed by the categorization of the building according to the Decree No. 78/2013 Coll., On the energy performance of buildings in the current version.
