Management of the hotel industry vs. Gender policy
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with gender policy in hotel management and industry. The main aim of the thesis is analysis and comparative analysis in selected hotel facilities such as Hilton Prague, Hilton Prague Old Town and seven hotels from the Czech CPI hotel group located in Prague.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá genderovou politikou v oblasti managementu hotelierstva. Cieľom práce je analýza a komparatí­vna analýza vo vybraných hotelových zariadeniach, ktorými sú hotely Hilton Prague, Hilton Prague Old Town a sedem hotelov z Českej hotelovej skupiny CPI nachádzajúce sa v Prahe.
