Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o pachatelích trestných činů spáchaných z nenávisti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s touto tématikou, popsán legislativní vývoj a jednotlivé trestné činy spáchané z nenávisti a zhodnocen vývoj a struktura trestné činnosti z nenávisti v pražském regionu. V praktické části jsou stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky, na které mají odpovědět výsledky strukturovaného rozhovoru. Jedna výzkumná otázka se potvrdila, druhá se nepotvrdila ani nevyvrátila a třetí se nepotvrdila. Nakonec jsou výsledky strukturovaného rozhovoru vyhodnoceny a jsou navržena preventivní opatření. Výsledky výzkumu lze prakticky využít v tvorbě preventivních opatření a k osvětě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with hate crime offenders. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, basic terms connected to this subject matter are defined, the legislative development and particular hate crimes are described and the development and structure of hate crimes in Prague region are evaluated. In the practical part, three research questions are determined, which are to be answered by the outcome of a structured interview. One of the research questions was confirmed, the second one was neither confirmed nor disproved and the third one was disproved. At the end, the outcomes of the structured interview are evaluated and preventive measures are suggested. Research results are practically usable in preventive measure establishment and in raising of public awareness.
