This work deals with evaluation of parameters defining heart rate and blood pressure variability in patients receiving mechanical ventilation. Táto práca pojednáva o hodnotení parametrov definujúcich variabilitu frekvencie srdca a tlaku krvi u pacientov s riadeným dýchaním. Vybrané parametre v časovej a frekvenčnej oblasti boli porovnané v podmienkach celkovej anestézie a v podmienkach mozgovej smrti.
