Mapping the tourist potential of the sightseeing spots in the city of Krnov

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá mapováním turistického potenciálu vyhlídkových bodů a rozhleden města Krnova a jeho okolí. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými pojmy, které jsou klíčové pro správné uchopení problematiky cestovního ruchu, turismu, rozhleden a vyhlídkových bodů. Další část práce je zaměřena na hodnotící ukazatele, kterými jsou dostupnost místa z hlediska dopravy, počtu hromadných, ubytovacích či stravovacích zařízení a napojení na turistické trasy. Zjištěné výsledky jsou podloženy mapovou vizualizací. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení výsledků a další doporučení.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with mapping the tourist potential of vantage points and lookouts in the city of Krnov and its surroundings. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical concepts that are key for a correct understanding of tourism, tourism, observation towers and vantage points. The next part of the work is focused on evaluation indicators, which are the availability of the place in terms of transport, the number of mass, accommodation or catering facilities and connections to tourist routes. The obtained results are supported by map visualization. The conclusion of the work is an evaluation of the results and other recommendations.
