Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice okolností vylučujících protiprávnost z pohledu občanského práva. Vysvětluje základní pojmy, které s problematikou souvisí, uvádí konkrétní okolnosti vylučující protiprávnost, popisuje historický vývoj. This thesis describes defenses in civil law. It explains basic concepts conected to defenses, specifics defenses and its history. The most important is description of differences between legitimate defense and extreme emergency. There are also used judicial decisions, that show the factual function of defenses.
