Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Zaměřuje se na jejich metody včetně výhod, nevýhod a na jejich uplatnění v praxi. Součástí této práce je popis a srovnání těchto procesů ve dvou ekonomických subjektech s návaznou formulací doporučení na jeho zlepšení.

This thesis deals with the mothods used in the process of recruitment and the selection of employees. It focuses on the methods used for these processes including advantages and disadvantages associated with their usage in real life.
