Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o institutu vyvlastnění, jež je velmi citlivou záležitostí v každé době a každé společnosti, jelikož se jedná o institut, který velmi výrazně ovlivňuje a omezuje vlastnické právo. Ve své práci jsem se snažil nastínit jak historické faktory a právní úpravu, tak současné okolnosti, podmínky a průběh procesu, který k tomuto omezení vlastnických a jiných věcných práv vede.
Abstract:
The paper attempted to emphasize that the expropriation issue is a very sensitive matter. Expropriation falls within the category of legal institutes that substantially affect or restrict, and may even infringe, ownership titles or other rights in rem.
