The forensic expert and his expert opinion form an essential part of preparatory court proceedings, in which the expert helps to clarify and prove criminal activity. In my bachelor’s thesis I want to point out the quiddity of the expert, his importance for criminal proceedings and a modern tool in detecting committed crime and it’s representation in the real world.
