Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku sociálně vyloučených lokalit ve městě Tábor. Text začíná sugestivním popisem atmosféry těchto lokalit, které představují zvláštní svět s vlastními pravidly a dynamikou. Autorka vidí v této problematice důležitý otisk doby, který odráží jak úspěchy, tak i slabiny a výzvy současné společnosti. Cílem práce je detailní zmapování sociálně patologických jevů v těchto lokalitách. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou sociálně vyloučených lokalit v České republice i v evropském kontextu, dále se zaměřuje na sociálně-patologické jevy jako trestnou činnost, užívání drog a alkoholu, zadluženost, chudobu a nezaměstnanost. Právní rámec v České republice a preventivní programy jsou také předmětem zkoumání. Praktická část práce se zabývá konkrétními příklady sociálně vyloučených lokalit v Táboře. Autorka prostřednictvím řízených rozhovorů s odborníky i obyvateli těchto lokalit usiluje o hlubší pochopení problematiky a dynamiky života v těchto komunitách. Struktura práce obsahuje také kapitoly věnované cílům a metodice práce, případové studii sociálně vyloučených lokalit v Táboře a diskuzi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of socially excluded areas in the city of Tabor. The text begins with an evocative description of the atmosphere of these areas, which represent a unique world with its own rules and dynamics. The author sees an important reflection of the era in this issue, reflecting both the successes and weaknesses, as well as challenges of contemporary society. The aim of the thesis is to detail the mapping of socially pathological phenomena in these areas. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of socially excluded areas in the Czech Republic and in the European context, further focusing on socially pathological phenomena such as criminal activity, drug and alcohol abuse, indebtedness, poverty, and unemployment. The legal framework in the Czech Republic and preventive programs are also subjects of investigation. The practical part of the thesis deals with specific examples of socially excluded areas in Tabor. Through structured interviews with experts and residents of these areas, the author seeks a deeper understanding of the issues and dynamics of life in these communities. The structure of the thesis also includes chapters devoted to the objectives and methodology of the work, a case study of socially excluded areas in Tabor, and discussion.
