Composition analysis of medical materials using x-ray fluorescence sepctroscopy
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme analýze složení lékařských materiálů pomocí rentgenové fluorescenční spektroskopie. Jejím cílem je určit složení měřených předmětů a zastoupení jednotlivých prvků. K detekci záření byl použit energiově disperzní polovodičový detektor.
Abstract:
The subject of the presented bachelor thesis is composition analysis of medical materials using X-Ray fluorescence spectroscopy. Its purpose is to determine the composition of measured objects. To detect the X-Ray photons a semiconductor detector was used.
