On-line and off-line diagnostics of servo-actuators at JETE

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na on-line a off-line diagnostiku servopohonů v Jaderné elektrárně Temelín. Úvodní část je věnována obecné diagnostice a poté diagnostice malých a středních strojů. Uvádím zde základní přehled metod používaných v diagnostice těchto strojů. Stručně popisuji také rozdíl mezi off-line a on-line diagnostikou. Další část je zaměřena na poruchy elektricky ovládaných armatur, kterými je nutné se zabývat. Tyto poruchy se ještě dělí do dvou skupin. První skupina uvádí poruchy servopohonů a druhá skupina poruchy armatur, které jsou pomocí servomotorů ovládány. Podrobně jsou zde popsány jednotlivé závady a jejich příčiny a důsledky, které mohou nastat. Následuje návrh konkrétních kroků vedoucí k odstranění těchto poruch. V poslední části je popsána kompletní diagnostika servopohonů a vyhodnocení získaných dat.

Abstract:

The following dissertation is focused on on-line and off-line diagnostics of Temelín nuclear power plant actuators. The opening part introduces the common diagnostics and the diagnostics of light and medium machines. I am going to present a basic overview of methods used in diagnostics of these machine types. The difference between off-line and on-line diagnostics is also going to be described in a basic way. The next part is focused on defects of electricity-based armatures, which need to be solved. These defects can be divided into following groups. The first group is focused on actuators defects. The second one specializes in armatures, which are controlled by the actuators, and it also specializes in defects of these armatures. I am going to describe these defects in a general way and I am also going to tell something about what causes these defects and what are consequences of these defects, which can occur easily. In the last part, I am going to describe the complete diagnostics of actuators and summarize collected data.
