Research of bullets impact by using ballistic gel

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce uvádí čtenáře do oboru kriminalistická balistika, a snaží se jej seznámit s jeho základy a terminologií. Probrat dopodrobna a komplexně celý tento obor a otázky, jimiž se zabývá, je velmi obtížné. I přesto, jsem se snažila zhostit toho úkolu nejlépe, jak jsem jen mohla. Zásadní cíl mé práce shledávám v posuzování destrukčních účinků střel, které jsou zkoumány pomocí balistické želatiny. Práce se skládá z úvodu, pěti částí a závěru. Úvod obsahuje stručné informace, jimiž se tato práce zabývá a důvody, proč jsem si vybrala právě toto téma. V druhé kapitole je čtenáři nastíněna historie a poznatky, k nimž došlo nemálo vědců, policistů či techniků. V třetí kapitole jsem se zaměřila na samotný pojem kriminalistické balistiky a její členění do šesti částí. V kapitole Objekty balistického zkoumání podrobněji popisuji střelné zbraně, střelivo, předměty zasažené střelou a povýstřelové zplodiny. Podkapitolou je například i charakteristika vybraných druhů zbraní a střeliva, které jsem měla k dispozici pro praktickou část této práce. V kapitole číslo čtyři zkoumám zbraně a jejich identifikaci. Řeším také účinek a účinnost zbraně či komparace pod mikroskopem. V předposlední kapitole se čtenář dozví vše, o vzniku a výskytu balistických stop. Jak se stopy formují, na jakých částech zbraně bývají stopy nejčitelnější, a v jaké vzdálenosti od cíle tyto stopy nacházíme. Dále jakými metodami se stopy zajišťují a jak se s nimi poté zachází. Poslední kapitola je věnována balistickému gelu, jeho výrobě a samotnému pokusu, který je pro tuto práci stěžejní. V závěru čtenář nalezne shrnutí všeho, co v práci považuji za nejdůležitější a samozřejmě pár otázek, nad nimiž by se měl čtenář, a také každý držitel zbraně zamyslet.

Abstract:

The thesis about the branch Criminalistic ballistic is presenting to the reader with its basis and terminology. It´s very difficult to really dive into the topic, but I really tried to do my best to make it works. The main goal of this thesis is to assess destructive impacts of bullets, which are inspected due to ballistic gel. The thesis contains of prologue, five chapters and conclusion. In the prologue I´m writing about basic facts and why did I choose this theme. The second chapter is dedicated to the history and knowledge of those, who sacriffice their time and diligence to transform the branch Criminalistic ballistic to the form we know today. In next charter I study fireguns, ammunition, objects shot by bullet and gunshot residue. In fourth chapter I´m focused on gun and ammunition identification. I´m writing about impact of guns, gun effect or microscope comparison. Next- to- last chapter is focused on everything about the origin and occurrence of ballistic marks. How are they forming, which parts of the gun are more sensitive to these marks and what is the next procedure after securing of marks. The last chapter contains basic information about ballistics gellatine, about it´s production and to the most important part of this thesis- the experiment. In the conclusion you can find the complex summary of everything I assume to be important and some questions, which can reader or gun holder should think about.
