Abstract:
Během experimentu této práce byly připraveny polykrystalické vzorky SnSe2 dopovaného MoSe2 a WSe2 v nominálních složeních (SnSe2)1-x(MeSe2)x, kde Me = Mo, W v koncentračním rozsahu x = 0 - 0,2. Syntéza vzorků probíhala v odporové peci. Vzniklé ingoty byly rozdrceny. Pomocí PXRD analýzy byla ověřena fázová čistota vzorků.
Abstract:
During the experiment of this work, polycrystalline SnSe2 samples doped with MoSe2 and WSe2 were prepared in the nominal compositions (SnSe2)1-x(MeSe2)x, where Me = Mo, W in the concentration range x = 0 - 0.2. The synthesis of the samples was carried out in a resistance furnace. The resulting ingots were crushed. The phase purity of the samples was verified by PXRD analysis.
