Abstract:

První kapitola práce je úvod, zabývá se důvody pro volbu tématu, opodstatněností vazby a základními zásadami. Druhá kapitola se zabývá pojmem a účelem vazby. Ve třetí kapitole jsou stručně shrnuty poznatky ohledně vývoje institutu vazby. Kapitola čtvrtá je jádrem práce. Zabývá se důvody vazby, vazbou útěkovou, koluzní a předstižnou, dále se věnuje rozhodnutím orgánů činných v trestním řízení ve vazebních věcech, možnostem nahrazení vazby a stručně i vazby mladistvých. Kapitola pátá se věnuje komparaci se slovenskou právní úpravou. Kapitola šestá jsou úvahy de lege ferenda, kapitola sedmá je závěr a resumé.

Abstract:

The first chapter is called introductory, deals with the merits of the basic principles of detention and detention procedures. The second chapter deals with the concept and purpose of the bond. The third chapter briefly summarizes findings regarding the development of ties. The fourth chapter is the core of this work. Discusses the reasons for detention, also deals with decisions of law enforcement procedures in matters of detention and substituting ties and the detention of young people. The fifth chapter is devoted to the comparison with the Slovak legislation. Chapter six is the considerations de lege ferenda, chapter seven is the conclusion and summary.
