Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá onemocněním srdce u dětí, přesně jde o jednu život ohrožující vadu - transpozici velkých tepen. Přestože se medicína neustále vyvíjí, může se narodit dítě s touto vadou, která nebyla odhalena již prenatálně. Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat současné poznatky o Transpozici velkých cév a také popsat intervence zdravotnického personálu pracující na jednotce intenzivní péče při léčbě tohoto onemocnění. Teoretická část přehledně zpracována poukazuje na anatomii srdce, včetně prenatálního období. Dále pojednává o klasifikaci, kllinickém obrazu,diagnostice, léčbě a prognóze u tohoto onemocnění. Praktická část je vytvořena kvalitativní metodou průzkumu, která vedla k vytvoření kazuistik, na kterých je poukázáno na rozdílnost léčby již ode dne narození dítěte.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with heart deseases in children, just for one life-threatening defect - transposition of great arteries. Although medicine is constantly evolving a child maybe born with this defect that was detected prenatally. The aim of this thesis is to describe the current knowledge on the transposition of great vessels and to describe the intervention of medical personnel working in intensive care in treatment of this disease. The theoretical part shows a survey of the anatomy of the heart including the prenatal period. Also deals with the classification clinical picture, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the desease. The practical part is formed by qualitative research that led to the creation of case studies on which it is referred to the disparity of treatment from the dare of birth.
