Bakalářská práce se zabývá stravitelností vybraných netradičních druhů obilovin. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány obiloviny jako takové, jejich chemické složení a vlastnosti. Dále jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé druhy obilovin běžně pěstované v České republice a některé netradiční druhy. Bachelor thesis deals with the digestibility of selected non-traditional types of cereals. The theoretical part characterizes cereals, their chemical composition and properties. Further there are characterized the individual cereals commonly grown in the Czech Republic and some unusual species.
