Variants of administrative overhead allocation and their impact on the final price of products by product segment

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je na přání managementu společnosti navrhnout a zanalyzovat alternativní varianty alokačního klíče správní režie. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje informace z literatury, jež jsou prakticky uplatněny v části praktické. Hlavní náplní práce jsou konkrétní navržené alternativní klíče správní režie vytvořené v rámci praktické části. Závěrem je uvedeno shrnutí a zhodnocení výstupů praktické části.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to propose and analyse alternative variants of the administrative overhead allocation key at the request of the company management. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part contains information from the literature which is practically applied in the practical part. The main focus of the thesis is the specific proposed alternative administrative overhead allocation keys developed in the practical part. Finally, a summary and evaluation of the outputs of the practical part is presented.
