Diplomová práce pojednává o naplňování základních lidských potřeb žáků z pozice humanisticky orientované pedagogiky. Seznamuje s několika různými náhledy na základní lidské potřeby a dokazuje nutnost tyto potřeby naplňovat v zájmu efektivního vzdělávání, a to nejen u žáků prvního stupně. Fulfillment of fundamental human needs of pupils as far as humanistic pedagogical practices are concerned is the main topic of this thesis. Various views on fundamental human needs are introduced and the necessity of their fulfillment is analysed.
