Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na živnostenské podnikání na základě živnosten-ského zákona č. 455/1991 Sb. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První částí je literár-ní rešerše, která obsahuje základní informace o živnostenském podnikání, které jsou nezbytné ve spojení s touto problematikou. The bachelor thesis is focused on the trade business according to trade Act. No. 455/1991 Coll. The bachelor thesis has two parts.
