Corporate culture in a time of change

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku firemní kultury v čase změn, konkrétně na soukromé základní škole. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o materiální a nemateriální motivaci, stylu řízení a rozhodování, řešení konfliktů, zaměstnaneckých vztazích. Tato část je doplněna kapitolou o metodách empirického šetření. Praktická část práce se zabývá vyhodnocením firemní kultury metodou dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru v uvedené organizaci. V závěrečné části jsou navrženy možná řešení pro dosažení pozitivních změn ve zkoumané organizaci.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the corporate culture in a time of change, particularly at a private elementary school. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge about the material and immaterial motivation, management style and decision-making, conflict management, employee relations. This part is completed with a chapter on methods of empirical research. The practical part of the thesis deals with corporate culture applying the questionnaire and interview methodologies in a specific organization. In the final part are provided possible solutions to achieve positive changes in the considered organization.
