Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá diferentní akomodací, tedy rozdílnou akomodací pravého a levého oka. V teoretické části je popsána akomodace, její mechanismus, složky a charakteristiky a akomodační triáda. Dále jsou popsány vyšetřovací metody pro zhodnocení akomodace a jednotlivé poruchy akomodace. The theme of this thesis is different accommodation, i.e. different accommodation of the right and left eye. The theoretical part describes accommodation, its mechanism, components and characteristics and near triad.
