Skiing material for school courses
Abstract:
Tato práce obsahuje informace o vhodném vybavení pro školní lyžařské kurzy, historii těchto kurzů, metodiku výuky lyžování, provozní pokyny pro školní výcvikové kurzy a také rady pro to,jak být dobrým instruktorem. Dále je v této práci obsažena tématika bezpečnosti na horách, úrazovost a pravidla chování na sjezdových tratích.
Abstract:
This work is about suitable equipment for school skiing courses, history of this courses, methodology of skiing education, operating instructions for school courses and also advice how to be a good instructor of skiing This work is also about security in the mountains, about injuries, and about the rules behavior on the slopes.
