Abstract:

Kyseláková, E. Elektronizace veřejné správy. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2018.Bakalářská práce se zabývá elektronizací veřejné správy a jejími negativy a pozitivy, které při jejím zavádění a fungování vznikají.V literární rešerši je shrnut vývoj a legislativa, a především vymezeny nejdůležitější pojmy v oblasti elektronizace veřejné správy. Těmito pojmy jsou například portál veřejné správy, Czech POINT, datové schránky, elektronický podpis a jiné. Dále jsou v literární rešerši uvedeny výhody a nevýhody spojené s elektronizací veřejné správy. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá nástroji elektronizace, které jsou poskytovány na obecním úřadě v Lelekovicích. Dále je v ní na základě dotazníkového šetření uvedeno, jak využívají poskytované služby občané v dané obci.Na závěr bakalářské práce budou uvedeny možné návrhy pro zlepšení nedostatků v oblasti elektronizace veřejné správy, které se byly zjištěny při psaní práce.

Brno: Mendel university, 2018.This bachelor thesis deals with computerization of public administration and with associated benefits and disadvantages which arise during its establishment and functioning.The development and legislation is summarized and mainly the important terms are defined in the literary research. These terms are for example public administration portal, Czech POINT, data box, electronic signature, etc. Next in the research are described the advantages and disadvantages related to the computeri-zation of public administration. The main part of the thesis is concerned with instruments of computerization in public administration which are provided at the municipal office in Lelekovice. Next part of the thesis is based on a questionnaire survey concerning how the citizens of the village use the services given by the municipality.In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, possible suggestions will be presented for the improvement of the deficiencies in the area of computerization of public administration, which were detected during the writing of this thesis.
