Investigation of the emission from quantum dots fabricated from III-V semiconductors
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme popisu fotoluminiscenčních spekter studovaných vzorků InAs kvantových teček překrytých GaAsSb vrstvou připravených metodou epitaxe z organokovových sloučenin. Ve spektrech identifikujeme luminiscenci substrátu, smáčecí vrstvy a teček, které dále zkoumáme v závislosti na teplotě a budící intenzitě laseru. Abstract:
In this thesis we describe the photoluminesce spectra of the studied InAs/GaAs/GaAsSb quantum dots prepared by Metalorganic vapour phase epitaxy. In the spectra we recognise the luminesce of the substrate, wetting layer, and dots and we further examine the dependence on the temperature and the excitation laser intensity of the spectra.
