Změny buněčného metabolismu patří nedílně ke znakům nádorových buněk. Cisplatina představuje běžnou formu chemoterapie, mnoho typů nádorů, včetně pokročilých nádorů prostaty, je ale k jejím účinkům rezistentních. V této práci jsme studovali změny metabolismu aminokyselin, vliv autofagie, mitofagie a účinky reaktivních forem kyslíku s ohledem na působení cisplatinové terapie. Changes in cell metabolism are an integral part of the hallmarks of cancer cells. Cisplatin is a common form of chemotherapy, but many types of cancer, including advanced prostate cancer, are resistant to its effects.
