Abstract:

Anotace Diplomová práce se věnuje právní ochraně osob se zdravotním postižením, a jejich možné účasti na trhu práce, právním úkonům vedoucím k realizaci zaměstnání postiženým osobám. Hlavním tématem práce je právní ochrana osob se zdravotním postižením. Hlavním úkolem diplomové práce je zjistit možnosti zapojení osob se zdravotním postižením do společnosti a případné uplatnění na trhu práce. Úvodní kapitola se zabývá právním vymezením osob se zdravotním postižením, v malé míře také historické pojetí osob se zdravotním postižením. Dále je v diplomové práci zahrnutá část, která se věnuje klasifikaci osob s postižením. V následující kapitole teoretické části práce se věnuji podpoře, orgánům, a legislativě, která se týká osob se zdravotním postižením. Konečná část praktického šetření je věnována zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na analýzu uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce. V průzkumném šetření jsem došla k velmi překvapivým závěrům, které jsou vyhodnoceny ve výzkumu a závěru práce.

Abstract:

Annotation: The diploma thesis is devoted to the legal protection of persons with disabilities, and their possible participation in the labor market, legal actions leading to the implementation of employment for disabled persons. The main theme of the work is the legal protection of persons with disabilities. The main task of the diploma thesis is to find out the possibilities of involving people with disabilities in society and possible employment on the labor market. The introductory chapter deals with the legal definition of persons with disabilities, to a small extent also with the historical concept of persons with disabilities. Furthermore, the diploma thesis includes a section devoted to the classification of persons with disabilities. In the following chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis, I will focus on support, institutions and legislation that concerns persons with disabilities. The final part of the practical investigation is devoted to the employment of persons with disabilities. In the practical part, I focused on the analysis of the employment of persons with disabilities in the labor market. In the exploratory investigation, I came to very surprising conclusions, which are evaluated in the research and the conclusion of the thesis.
