Záměrem bakalářské práce bylo identifikovat nejvýznamnější developerské společnosti, které realizují výstavbu nových bytů a rezidenčních staveb v Praze a prověřit postavení společnosti CENTRAL GROUP a. s. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to identify the most important development companies that construct new apartments and residential buildings in Prague and examine the position of CENTRAL GROUP a.s..
