Bakalářská práce se zabývá nerovným zacházením a zákazem diskriminace v pracovněprávních vztazích. Analýzou právní úpravy jsem zjistila, jak je daná problematika roztříštěná do jednotlivých předpisů. Abstract:
In my Bachelor work I focused on an unequal treatment and a ban on discrimination in relations pertaining to labour laws. According to the analysis of law adjustmen I have found out that these problems are fragmented into different regulations. To solve the problems, the antidiscrimination law was passed.
