Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce na téma „Aquaponické systémy – jejich charakteristika, význam a postavení v aktuálních produkčních systémech” bylo vypracovat literární rešerši, doplněnou vhodným příkladem z praxe. Cílem bylo uvést druhy aktuálních alternativních produkčních systémů (myšlena alternativa bez vazby na půdu), dále podrobně charakterizovat princip fungování aquaponického produkčního systému. Zaměřit se na přínosy chodu aquaponického produkčního systému jako celku, uvést parametry energetické náročnosti, vlivu na složky životního prostředí a dále uvést případná negativa tohoto způsobu produkce. Cílem bylo doplnit práci příkladem z praxe, k tomuto byla vybrána konkrétní farma Kaly.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis entitled "Aquaponic systems - their characteristics, meaning and their standing in the current production systems" was to compile literary research, completed by a suitable practical example. The aim was to present types of current alternative production systems (alternative in this case means not connected to soil), and then to characterize in detail the principle of operation of the aquaponic production system. This thesis focuses on the benefits of operating the aquaponic system as a whole, indicates parameters of the energy requirements, the effect on the environmental components, and presents possible negative sides of this method of production. The thesis is completed with a practical example, for which a farm in Kaly was chosen.
