Examination and Work at the Crime Scene

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá ohledáním a prací na místě činu, ve které bude zodpovězena otázka, proč je důležité držet se řádného postupu ohledání, zásad ohledání a správné taktiky a metodiky ohledání. Práce obsahuje dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část zahrnuje literární rešerši z volně dosažitelných kriminalistických zdrojů, která je vytvořena na základě odborné literatury. Práce vás obeznámí s historií kriminalistiky, kde budou zmíněny jen potřebné a základní prvky. Dále se zde vymezují pojmy, jako je místo činu, ohledání, druhy ohledání, subjekt nebo zásady ohledání. Poté se práce zabývá negativními okolnostmi, které mohou nastat při ohledání místa činu, druhy metodického a taktického postupu ohledání a prací na místě činu. Praktická část uvádí dokumentaci ohledání, která je vypracována formou modelace. Text je zpracován metodou teoretického popisu a je zde využit výzkum kvantitativní.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with examination and crime scene work, in which the question of why it is important to follow proper examination procedure, examination principles and proper examination tactics and methodology will be answered. The thesis contains two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part involves a literature search of freely available forensic sources, which is based on professional literature. The thesis will familiarize you with the history of criminalistics, where only necessary and basic elements will be mentioned. It also defines terms such as crime scene, examination, types of examination, subject or principles of examination. After that, the thesis deals with the negative circumstances that may occur during crime scene examination, types of methodical and tactical procedures of examination and crime scene work. The practical part states the documentation of examination, which is developed in the form of modelling. The text uses the method of theoretical description and quantitative research.
