Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na analýzu daňové politiky uplatňované vůči neziskovým organizacím v České republice. Cílem práce je vymezení neziskových organizací v roli daňového poplatníka se zaměřením na problémové oblasti související právní úpravy. V návaznosti na to je provedena analýza praktické realizace daňové politiky ve vybraných evropských zemích. Na základě těchto zjištění je zhodnocen současný stav v České republice včetně uvedení návrhů doporučení vedoucích k jeho zlepšení. V počátečních kapitolách je práce zaměřena na vymezení institucionálního a legislativního rámce neziskového sektoru. Předmětem následujících kapitol je popis a analýza systému zdanění neziskových organizací v České republice a zkoumaných zemí. Zhodnocení, komparace se stavem vybraných zemí a následná doporučení jsou obsahem závěrečných kapitol.

Abstract:

The work is focused on the analysis of tax policy applicable to non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is the definition of non-profit organizations in the role of the taxpayer, with a focus on problem areas related legislation. Following this is an analysis of the practical implementation of fiscal policy in selected European countries. On the basis of these findings was assessed the current situation in the Czech Republic, including the proposals leading to recommendations for improvement. In the initial chapters of the work is focused on defining the institutional and legislative framework for the nonprofit sector. The subject of the following chapters is a description and analysis system of taxation of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic and the selected countries. Assessment, comparison with the selected countries and the subsequent recommendations contained in the final chapters.
