Abstract:
Cilem teto bakala.ske prace je vyvoj instrumentace pro mikro.ipovou elektroforezu zam..enou na separaci a detekci fluorescen.n. zna.enych oligosacharid. pomoci laserem indukovane fluorescence. Separa.ni kanaly o rozm.rech 25 x 60 ?Ęm a delce 65 mm byly vytvo.eny v borosilikatovem skle technikou fotolitografie a mokreho leptani. The aim of this work is the development of instrumentation for microchip electrophoresis, focused on the separation and detection of fluorescently labeled oligosaccharides using laser induced fluorescence. The separation channels with dimensions of 25 x 60 microns and a length of 65 mm were formed in borosilicate glass photolithography technique and wet etching. Linking microchip bins essential electrolytes …more
