Abstract:
The aim of this work is the development of instrumentation for microchip electrophoresis, focused on the separation and detection of fluorescently labeled oligosaccharides using laser induced fluorescence. The separation channels with dimensions of 25 x 60 microns and a length of 65 mm were formed in borosilicate glass photolithography technique and wet etching.
