Bakalářská práce se zabývá modulovou výukou oboru cukrář.V první kapitole s názvem Obor cukrář na SOŠ popisuji historii bzenecké školy, postupný vývoj oboru cukrář až po současnost.”Dále seznamuji čtenáře s učebními dokumenty a pojetím výuky oboru cukrář. This bachelor's work is about modular teaching field confectioner.In the first chapter called Field confectioner, I describe the history of Bzenec school, gradual development of the field confectioner to the present.
