Bakalářská práce se zabývá spoluprací Jiřího Bělohlávka a České filharmonie. Popisuje jednotlivé fáze jejího vývoje, jakož i jejího směřování. Zahrnuta je rovněž vnitřní reforma tělesa, díky které dochází k postupné realizaci mnoha nových projektů a také k upevňování pozice orchestru na světových pódiích. The Thesis covers the cooperation between Jiří Bělohlávek and the Czech Philharmonic including its development, individual phases, and general direction. The orchestra's reform, which allowed many new projects to be put in practise, as well as having secured it's position on world stages, connected with an influx, is also investigated.
