Tato diplomová práce se zabývá uplatněním zásady dispoziční v civilním soudním řízení, v jehož rámci je zaměřena pouze na nalézací řízení sporné. The diploma thesis deals with the disposition principle in civil proceedings. The theoretical chapter concerns about the essence of the analysed principle, it’s relations to other principles applied in the civil proceedings and it’s historical development.
