Running tread and appropriate running shoes - a case study

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem vhodné obuvi rekreačnímu běžci vzhledem k technice běhu a došlapu chodidla na podložku. Výzkum proběhl v biomechanické laboratoři na katedře tělesné výchovy Ostravské univerzity. K výzkumu byl použit dynamo-grafický ergometr Bertec. Prostor, ve kterém se proband pohyboval, musel být zkalibrován a na jeho tělo byly umístěny markery a klastry. Data získaná z měření byla uložena do softwaru Qualisys Track Manager a poté do Visual 3D, ze kterého jsme získali grafy a hodnoty, které byly pro tuto práci důležité, jako např. reakční síly, velikost pronace a supinace, velikost extenze a flexe. Výsledky byly porovnány s kritérii, které uvádí literatura.

Abstract:

This bachelor work deals with the proposal of suitable footwear for recreational runner with respect to the running skills and the tread-down of the sole on the ground. The research took place in the biomechanical lab at the Ostrava University physical training department. Dynamo-graphical ergometer Bertec was used for the research. The area where the tested person was running had to be calibrated, markers and clusters were placed on his/her body. Information acquired during the testing were saved into the Qualisys Track Manager software, and afterwards into the Visual 3D, from where we got graphs and values important for this work, e.g. reaction force, amount of pronation and supination, size of extension and flexion. The results are compared with criterions, which states the literature.
