Manager in the process of creation of effective teams in selected company

Abstract:

Bachelor work deals with manager in the process of creation of effective teams in selected company. First chapter mentions the definition of manager from the psychological point of view. It describes and explains the function of manager. It describes in detail interpersonal roles and defines leadership styles and usage of manager skills. Second chapter concerns about lonely process of forming of effective teams, theoretical explanation of expression “effective team”. At the same time it mentions elementary components needed for formation of effective teams which are defined by Plamínek or Hermochová. Next chapter evaluates and describes the global impact of managers and their teams on the company and describes the adaptation of mentioned teams in conditions provided by the company. Last chapter addresses itself to innovations in the area of creation of effective teams in company SAMSUNG Electronics Slovakia s.r.o. It evaluates the results of SWOT analysis and open diagnostic instrument which serves for detection of susceptibility to failure of already created teams in the company.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá manažérom v procese vytvárania efektívnych tímov vo vybranej spoločnosti. Prvá kapitola uvádza definíciu manažéra z pohľadu psychológie, opisuje a vysvetľuje funkciu manažéra ako takej. Podrobne opisuje interpersonálne roly a definuje štýly vedenia ľudí a využívanie manažérskych zručností. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá samotným procesom formovania efektívnych tímov, teoretickým vysvetlením výrazu efektívny tím a zároveň uvádza elementárne prvky potrebné pre vznik efektívnych tímov, ktoré sú zadefinované podľa Plamínka, resp. Hermochovej. Ďalšia kapitola hodnotí a opisuje celkový vplyv manažérov a ich tímov na spoločnosť, vykresľuje adaptáciu týchto tímov v podmienkach, ktoré poskytuje spoločnosť. Záverečná kapitola sa venuje inováciám v oblasti vytvárania efektívnych tímov v spoločnosti SAMSUNG Electronics Slovakia s.r.o., vyhodnocuje výsledky SWOT analýzy a otvoreného diagnostického nástroja na odhalenie náchylnosti k zlyhaniu už vytvorených tímov v spoločnosti.
