Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnými způsoby doručování ze strany státu směrem k občanovi a jejich hierarchií. Zaměřuje se na efektivitu a nedostatky jednotlivých způsobů. V praktické části zkoumá zkušenosti úředníků územně samosprávných celků s předpokládanými problémy při doručování a zaměřuje se také na odborné znalosti těchto úředníků v dané oblasti. The bachelor thesis focuses on delivery methods currently used by the government towards its citizens, and the hierarchy of such methods. The thesis evaluates the level of effectiveness as well as drawbacks of each method.
