Tato práce si klade za cíl popsat, analyzovat a komparovat prameny arabské a evropské historiografie. V rámci této snahy nutné nejdříve charakterizovat průběh křížových výprav do Svaté země s důrazem na třetí křížovou výpravu. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to describe, analyse and compare the resources of Arab and European historiography. To achieve this goal it was necessary to characterise the Crusades to the Holy Land, with special attention paid to the Third Crusade.
