Effect of adaptation technology based on no-plowing technology of seeding in intercrop mulch in combination with nitrogen nutrition on the response of spring barley and maize to drought

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá adaptační strategií s důrazem na udržitelnost a kvalitu zemědělské produkce se vztahem k ekosystémovým službám. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakterizací ječmene jarního a kukuřice seté, tradičních a udržitelných technologií a aspektů rostlinné produkce. Praktická část se zabývá dvouletým pokusem v katastrální oblasti obce Banín (Pardubický kraj) ve dvou vybraných lokalitách. V roce 2020 byla hlavní plodina ječmen jarní a v roce 2021 kukuřice setá. Uplatněna zde byla konvenční i adaptační technologie zpracování půdy, druhově pestré meziplodiny a technologie setí plodiny do mulče. V několika variantách proběhla aplikace stabilních forem uhlíku, konkrétně kompostu, biouhlu a kompostovaného biouhlu. Některé varianty obsahovaly minerální výživu dusíkem ve více úrovních. Použitím technologických prvků byly simulovány podmínky sucha.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the adaptation strategy with an emphasis on the sustainability and quality of agricultural production in relation to ecosystem services. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the characterization of spring barley and corn, conventional and sustainable technologies and aspects of plant production. The practical part deals with a two-year experiment in the cadastral area of Banín (Pardubice region) in two selected localities. In 2020 spring barley and in 2021 corn were the main crops. Conventional and adaptive technology of tillage, species-varied intercrops and technology of sowing the crop into mulch were applied here. In several variants, stable forms of carbon were applied, namely compost, biochar and composted biochar. Some variants contained minela nutrition with nitrogen in multiple levels. Using technological elements, drought conditions were simulated.
