Práce je zaměřena na veřejnoprávní odvětví soutěžního práva neboli na právo antimonopolní. Je zde rozebíráno nezákonné jednání, jako například kartelové dohody, zneužití dominantního postavení, nepovolené spojování soutěžitelů či zneužití významné tržní síly a jsou zde nabízeny možnosti, jak takovéto situace řešit, jak postupuje Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže a jak je soutěž jako taková vůbec …more
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis focused on public sector competition law or antitrust law. There is described illegal such as cartels, abuses of dominant position, unapproved mergers between competitors or misuse of market power and are offered options to deal with such a situation as, the Office for the Protection of Competition and the competition is as such protected.
