Abstract:

ABSTRAKT DEMBÉLÉ, Nathalia. Specifika ošetřovatelské péče v pediatrii. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Dušan Sysel, PhD., MPH. Praha. Bakalářská práce se věnuje specifikům ošetřovatelské péče v pediatrii. V první části přibližuje pediatrii jako obor. Krátce představuje historii pediatrie a její rozdělení v České republice. V dalších kapitolách se soustředí na prezentaci specifik ošetřovatelství v tomto oboru. Snaží se uvést rozdílnosti od ošetřování dospělých pacientů, zejména v ošetřovatelském procesu, kardiopulmonální resuscitaci a komunikaci s malým pacientem a jeho rodinou. Druhá část bakalářské práce se věnuje ošetřovatelskému procesu pacienta, který byl hospitalizovaný u nás na klinice s probíhající pneumonií na podkladě RS virů, který byl připojen na HFNC (high flow nasal cannula) přístroj. Zaměřuje se jak na ošetřovatelské problémy, tak na pokrytí potřeb dítěte, které bylo hospitalizováno bez matky. V přílohové části práce nalezneme například přístrojové vybavení, příklady fortifikace nebo algoritmus pro kardiopulmonální resuscitaci. Věříme, že tato práce bude moci být využita jako studijní materiál pro studenty zdravotnických oborů, ale i jako materiál pro širokou veřejnost, které přiblíží péči v pediatrii. Abstract:

ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of nursing care in pediatrics. In the first part, it approaches pediatrics as a field. It briefly presents the history of pediatrics and its distribution in the Czech Republic. The next chapters focus on the presentation of the specifics of nursing in this field. It tries to state the differences from the treatment of adult patients, especially in the nursing process, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and communication with the small patient and his family. The second part of the bachelor's thesis focus on the nursing process of a patient who was hospitalized in our clinic with ongoing pneumonia based on RS viruses, who was connected to an HFNC (high flow nasal cannula) device. It focuses on both nursing problems and the needs of a child who has been hospitalized without a mother. The appendix part of the thesis shows the documentation that we use at the clinic to demonstrate nursing documentation in pediatrics. There you will also find instrumentation and positioning aids. We believe that this work can be used as a study material for medical students, but also as a material for the general public, which will introduce pediatric care.
