Diplomová práca sa zaoberá postúpením pohľadávky a jeho účinkami z pohľadu medzinárodného práva súkromného. Popisuje jednotlivé pramene úpravy na úrovni medzinárodných zmlúv, úniových predpisov a vnútroštátnych prameňov práva. Podrobne sa venuje rozboru článku 14 nariadenia Rím I.
