Determination of slug and cadmium content in the process of composting green waste in Univerzity hospital Hradec Králové

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku nakládání s bioodpadem, konkrétně na téma kompostování zelené hmoty ve Fakultní nemocnici v Hradci Králové. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní informace o procesu kompostování, o možných typech kompostování a nechybí ani charakteristika dvou těžkých kovu, jenž se v kompostu musí sledovat. Analytická část práce pojednává o nakládání se zelenou hmotou v areálu FNHK a porovnává vývoj obsahu olova a kadmia ve vzniklém kompostu od roku 1994 do roku 2010.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis focuses on topic of dealing with biowaste, concretely composting of the green mass at the area of the teaching hospital Hradec Králové. At the theoretical part main information about composting are mentioned, as well as characteristics of the two monitored elements - lead and cadmium. Analytical part of the work describes method of dealing with green mass at the area of teaching hospital Hradec Králové and compares contents of lead and cadmium at the created compost between years 1994 and 2010.
