Abstract:

Abstrakt Hmidi Ziadallah. Návrh inovace vnitřních prostor hotelu Corinthia Hotel Prague. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2018. Celkový počet stran 51 Hlavním cílem této práce je formulovat doporučení v oblasti inovace vnitřních prostor pokojů hotelu. V této práci byl použit kvalitativní výzkum. V teoretické části byla využita technika rešerše a komparace odborné literatury. V praktické části pro získání dat o studovaném problému byla využita technika pozorování a rozbor interních dokumentů. Přímé pozorování bylo uskutečněno za běžného provozu hotelu. Cílem pozorování bylo zjištění nedostatků vnitřního vybavení pokojů. Po obecném porovnání výsledků pozorování a analýzy dokumentů v této práci je možno usoudit, že pokoje v hotelu jsou nedostatečně vybaveny. Vybavení pokoje je nefunkční, nedostatečný prostor v pokoji, klimatizace je zastaralá a regulace je centrálně řízena, nedostatečný prostor v koupelně, nedostatečná rychlost internetu. Z analýzy vnitřních dokumentů vyplývá, že zákazníci jsou nespokojeni s vnitřním vybavením pokojů, např. s malým prostorem pokoje, neudržovaným a starým vybavením. Dále z vnitřních dokumentů vyplývá, že segment „Leisure“ nabírá na velikosti. Doporučením je se zaměřit na nevyužité příležitosti hotelu, které se zaměřují na hotelové pokoje. Konkrétním doporučením je zvětšení plochy pokoje, kvality vybavení, využití nových technologií, vytvoření mezonetu, bezdrátových nabíječek, vybavení koupelny, zvukového systému, vytvoření šatny, zkvalitnění WI-FI, vytvoření dvou koupelen, možnost částečného ovládaní teploty klimatizace v pokoji, kompletní správu pokoje pomocí dotykové obrazovky, použití oken v celé šířce zdi, zvětšení postele.

Total number of pages 51 The main aim of this work is to formulate recommendations for innovation in the interior of the hotel rooms. Qualitative research was used in this work. In the theoretical part, the technique of research and comparative literature was used. In the practical part for obtaining the data about the studied problem was used the technique of observation and analysis of internal documents. Direct observation was carried out under the normal operation of the hotel. The purpose of the observation was to find out the deficiencies in the interior of the rooms. After a general comparison of the results of the observation and analysis of the documents in this work it can be concluded that the rooms in the hotel are insufficiently equipped. Room facilities are inoperative, insufficient space in the room, air conditioning is obsolete and regulation is centrally controlled, lack of space in the bathroom, lack of internet speed. The analysis of internal documents shows that customers are dissatisfied with the interior of the room, for example, with a small room, unattended and old equipment. In addition, internal documents show that the "Leisure" segment grows to size. The recommendation is to focus on unused hotel opportunities that focus on hotel rooms. The specific recommendation is to enlarge the room area, equipment quality, use of new technologies, creation of a duplex, wireless chargers, bathroom equipment, sound system, creation of a cloakroom, WI-FI quality, creation of two bathrooms, partial room temperature control, touch screens, using windows across the width of a wall, enlarging the bed.
