Goniometer software solution for testing of attitude indicators

Abstract: Hlavným cieľom tejto diplomovej práce bolo preštudovať štandard DO-334 a so získanými znalosťami navrhnúť softwarové riešenie pre testovanie indikátoru umelého horizontu. Riešenie je realizované v objektovo-orientovanom jazyku C# a každá implementačná sekcia obsahuje popis jej najkomplikovanejšej časti. Výsledok práce pozostáva z grafického užívateľského rozhrania a návrhu softwarovej kompenzácie možných mechanických chýb. Produkt práce je majetkom firmy Honeywell, kvôli čomu sú namiesto kódov zverejnené len snímky obrazovky s ukážkami kódov.

Abstract: The main goal of this thesis is to study avionic standard DO-334 and design software solution for testing of attitude indicators with acquired knowledge. Work consists of short description of studied standard and tested attitude indicator. Test solution software is realized in object-oriented C# language and each implementation section describes its most challenging parts. The result consists of graphical user interface of test solution and design for software compensation of mechanical deviations. The result product is property of Honeywell corporation, which is a reason why only screen shots and parts of the codes are publicly available.
