Developments in the availability of pre-school education in the context of the demographic structure of the population

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá demografickou strukturou a ukazateli města Ostravy v kontextu předškolního vzdělávání v Ostravě. Práce se zaměřuje na popis a analýzu vybraných demografických ukazatelů města Ostravy a předškolního vzdělávání, jako jsou počty dětí a počty mateřských škol a vliv počtu narozených dětí, migrace na počty dětí navštěvující mateřské školy. První část práce se věnuje struktuře populace české republiky a základním demografickým pojmům a ukazatelům. Další část popisuje předškolní vzdělávání v ČR. Třetí část se zaměřuje na Ostravu a zkoumají se zde demografické ukazatele, jako historie města, struktura populace, věkové složení obyvatel, migrace a počty narozených dětí. Ve čtvrté části popisujeme a zkoumáme počty mateřských škol a dětí v Ostravě a jak se tyto počty mění v jednotlivých časových řadách a jak tyto počty reagují na počet narozených dětí a migraci

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the demographic structure and indicators of the Ostrava city in the context of pre-school education in Ostrava. The work focuses on a description and analysis of the selected demographic indicators in Ostrava and preschool education such as the number of children and the number of nursery schools and the influence of the number of births, migration to the number of children attending nursery school. The first part of this thesis focuses on the population structure of the Czech Republic and on the basic demographic concepts and indicators. Second part describes the pre-school education in the country. And the third part finally focuses on Ostrava and explores the demographic indicators such as the history of the city, population structure, age structure, migration, and the number of births. In the fourth part, the researcher describes and examines the number of nursery schools and the number of children in Ostrava and how these numbers vary in different time lines and how the numbers react to the number of births and migration.
